The computer service is ordered personally, by entering the store, by e-mail or by calling our Call Center.

TERMS OF DELIVERY
We are able to deliver your computer to you via + City expressa + and only in the Republic of Croatia. Exceptionally, the goods can be
delivered in some other way. The delivery price is approximately 45,00kn and the terms and conditions of delivery can be made look at the
City Express site. We send the badge at the expense and risk of the buyer. Delivery of the goods is free of charge for the value above
2.000,00 kn if not exceeds the frame price of 45,00kn. Goods will be delivered within 2-10 days of receipt of payment.
CLAIMS
We are not an authorized service but we will do everything to make sure that your device is replaced / repaired, any future claims after our
service you deal with us. If goods are damaged in transportation, the customer is entitled to free service by the courier. When filing incorrectly
the product must enclose a copy of the invoice, the guarantee sheet, the description of the failure, the complete documentation and the original
packaging. The warranty does not come in damage caused by improper handling, mechanical damage, damage due to thunder, excessive voltage, or
abnormality of the device.
BASIC PRICES FOR SERVICE SERVICES:
1) Install Windows 7, 8, 10 - for 159 kn.
2) View your PC, component testing, and diagnosis, for 125 kn.
3) Diagnosis and Computer Repair for 270 kn + price for modified parts / components
