BASIC SYSTEM AND SCOPE

The Web shop is a tool without which today's urban life can not be imagined, and purchasing conditions define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and returning or claiming goods offered on our site. Vendor (Seller) is 'vasatvrtka d.o.o.', a Buyer's Goods is a web site visitor who selects at least one product, puts it in a cart, payes with a viral payment, a general payment or a cashier and sends an order to the Seller. Through the web shop Buyer is enabled to purchase all the products on the seller's website. The basic currency is the Croatian kuna (HRK), and you can choose additional currency payments.

ORDERING

The system is arranged to order products through the cart and become irrevocable. If the seller is not able to deliver all the ordered products, he will deliver the ones he can. By delivering these products, they will send the Customer an email within the anticipated deadline for delivery of the remaining products. The buyer may, at your discretion, for example, within 3 days, cancel the delivery of the remaining products as directed in the partial delivery notice.

General Payments / Virman - After filling out a general payment receipt with the recipient's required information (name, account number, description payments). For 'domestic buyers', delivery of goods is done by the courier service eg. 'City express' and only to the territory of the Republic of Croatia. Exceptionally, the goods can be delivered in some other way. The delivery price is approximately 45,00kn and the terms and conditions shipping can be viewed on City Express. We send the badge at the expense and risk of the buyer. The delivery of the goods is free for a value above 2.000,00 kn if it does not exceed the frame price of 45,00kn. The goods will be delivered within 2-10 days from the receipt of the payment.
